The role of the Visual Merchandising Manager is to:
Develop a complete merchandising picture for each area of responsibility. Work with Merchant Team Leaders to understand the intent of each program. Then, interpret that intent and set direction for how the product will be presented across all store formats. Manage the Visual Coordinators and Visual Assistants with lab store set-ups and Visual Communications to the stores.
Minimum Education & Experience:

High level skill and talent to merchandise products and displays in a retail store environment.
Ability to space plan and layout store fixtures.
High Level Written and Oral Communication Skills
High Level Interpersonal Skills
Management skills and ability to lead and motivate team.
Computer Skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of CAD, Photoshop, InDesign
Ability to work in multiple file formats, PC & MAC
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
