Position Summary:

The Multimedia Project Manager will serve as creative director for all internal video and other digital multimedia projects. This position will develop concepts that meet brand objectives, developing and producing digital-based products and services for use in communications, training, marketing, research, community relationship development, programs and events, as well as within individual and corporate presentations and conferences. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct the development and implementation of simple to complex multimedia projects; determining resource requirements, preparing and tracking project schedules and maintaining control over quality and cost during the execution of the project.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners from pre-production, live production, post-production and distribution on a wide range of multimedia projects.
  • Interface with writers, editors, designers, producers, marketers, senior management and clients throughout the content development life cycle.
  • Conceptualize, create, direct and produce a wide range of multimedia projects
  • Create storyboards for video shoots, manages all logistics of video shoots (ensures proper lighting and sound) and edits video to produce a cohesive story with proper video shots, after effects, sound mixing and audio track overlay.
  • Organize and manage deliverables by tracking and reporting on status of multiple multimedia projects.
  • Edit video shorts for social media, promotional and training purposes
  • Lighting and audio engineering for field production

Minimum Education & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·        5-10 years of relevant experience

  • A thorough knowledge of all phases of video production, large-venue meeting production and presentation development and support is necessary.
  • Experience in using multiple video editing technologies.
  • Animation and motion graphics capabilities
  • Proficient in editing suites like Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X
  • Experienced shooting with DSLR and Professional Video cameras
  • Working experience in-studio production, a huge plus


Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications or Multimedia
  • Proficiency in animation and motion graphic capabilities like After Effects
