The role of Interactive Marketing Manager is to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies, programs and infrastructure to achieve online and in-store sales for Belk. A strong creative mind and innovator, the Interactive Manager will drive online customer acquisition and retention, channel development, and align all aspects of marketing to the corporate goals. The Interactive Manager is to develop and grow paid search, display advertising, online remarketing, affiliate advertising, comparison shopping, and inventory data feed driven programs. This is accomplished by managing a team of skilled marketers effectively, working with cross functional teams, vendor partners and agency partners. This position is perfectly suited for a high energy, highly motivated individual who has a foundation of retail experience in interactive marketing and is looking to apply that experience within a high performance culture. This position will serve as the liaison between Belk.com and the Marketing Sales & Promotions departments on all interactive marketing initiatives.
