Position Summary:The Digital Solutions Coordinator applies expertise to generate revenue for multiple responsive microsites.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration between vendors and stakeholders to optimize Microsites

  • Subject Matter Expert in website taxonomy validation and digital content
  • Set-up customer facing taxonomy structure as well as mapping between systems for both standard navigation, facets and merchandised assortments for multiple sites
  • Review and evaluate feedback from Merchant teams; translates findings into strategic action; measure and review actions for value provided
  • Proven ability to dive deep into understanding the product, business, and competitive landscape

  • Support the UAT and E2E testing cycles and verifies all deliverables and requirements are met

  • Experience on the Salesforce platform 

  • Gather product and customer requirements

  • Work closely with analytics, merchandising, usability, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

  • Coordinate and document processes, prioritize workloads, and organize training information for team and other departments

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience with data structure and product attribution
  • 3 – 5 years retail experience preferred
  • Functional understanding of retail business processes
  • Experience in digital product management, retail management, marketing, digital merchandising and/or internet marketing
