The Digital Marketing Strategist’s goal is to help develop and implement well thought out and strategic marketing plans for Digital Marketing to generate sales. This includes working with the cross functional Social, Email and Interactive teams. The Digital Marketing Strategist will evolve their skills by connecting multiple media channels through a range of activities including cross functional media strategy, roadmap planning, competitive assessment, analysis, and participation in new business pursuits. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be involved in multi-channel attribution, responsible for the support of individual marketing channels and responsible for facilitating conversations between marketing areas. The Digital Marketing Strategist collaborates with Social, Email, Interactive, Merchant, Special Events, Creative and Store teams. Success will be measured by project deadlines, engagement and sales metrics.
Media Skills: Demonstrated functional expertise in at least two media channels (Display, Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO)
Project Management: Demonstrates highly organized way of working and manages time carefully across multiple projects.
Teamwork: Positively participates in team environment and builds healthy relationships; gives and receives critical feedback graceful.
Minimum Education & Experience:
Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with general Web based interfaces
