The Stores Emerging Leaders program is an intensive 6 month development program that is designed to sharpen your ability to drive results through strong business acumen and leadership skills. As a Stores Emerging Leaders you will gain experience and exposure to various functional areas of the store. After successful completion of the program you will be placed as a Sales Team Manager where you will continue to develop and gain the foundation to be a successful Stores Executive. Trainees can become a Store Manager within a 5-7 year time frame. From store management you can be considered for regional positions, field support roles or corporate positions.
