Get to know our Freshman Diversity Program! 

The Freshman Diversity Program is a 2-day jam-packed experience at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC. During this time, you’ll learn more about Belk’s retail and eCommerce business, tour a store, participate in professional development seminars, network with Belk associates and explore the city! The goal is to expose ambitious students to different roles within the retail industry. 

College freshman from HBCUs, HSIs, underrepresented groups and 
diverse student organizations are eligible for this program.
