Planning & Merchandising
These roles help us get the merchandise and fashion our customers want, from following industry trends to buying product at great prices to crafting memorable in-store experiences, all while creating financial plans and exceeding sales goals.
Private Brands
Belk curates an impressive collection of private label brands that cater to our diverse customer base. These associates source, plan, design and merchandise everything under our private brands.
eCommerce
This team of digital doers continually supports, evaluates and evolves our website, mobile app and digital touchpoints to create an omnichannel experience that’s engaging and easy to use.
Marketing
We have a lot of information to share, and these teams are responsible for sharing that information in the best way possible. From digital and print to social media and public relations, these creatives define and elevate the Belk brand.
Information Technology
Technology evolves at breakneck speeds, and these associates help us keep up. From maintaining what’s already in play to problem solving and helping us grow, this department does it all.
Support Services
These are the people who keep our company running smoothly behind the scenes. They come from all sorts of disciplines including Logistics, Store Operations, Finance, HR and more.
